INTRODUCTION
Do yo9u know this wonderful and perfect dip Cucumber Raita. This is something that is too different to the other dip that I taste. This is really so yummy and at the same time this is really great. I like this because of the wonderful and great taste of this Cucumber Raita. This dip is very perfect in to the chips and especially in a pork or breaded chicken. This is really a yummy one.
Ingredients
2 cups plain yoghurt, European or Greek
½ cup peeled grated and seeded cucumber, drained
¼ cup chopped fresh coriander or cilantro leaf
¼ teaspoon ground cumin, to garnish (optional)
2 tablespoons honey, warmed
Method
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well, and add to serving bowl.
Sprinkle cumin over the top.
